These Terms & Conditions cover your use of pointdealshop.com and purchases from Point Deal Shop. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Eligibility and use
- You must be at least 18, or shop with a parent or guardian's permission.
- Information you give us must be accurate and complete.
- You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Products
We try to show products accurately, but colors, packaging and minor details may vary. Trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners; showing them doesn't mean they endorse Point Deal Shop.
Supplements and personal care items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read labels and consult a healthcare professional before use.
Pricing and tax
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Applicable taxes, including New Mexico gross receipts tax where it applies, are calculated at checkout. If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock availability, payment problems or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free for orders of $45 or more; a flat fee applies below that and is shown in your cart. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
Digital products and gift cards
Software licenses, memberships and gift cards are delivered electronically to the email you provide at checkout. Once delivered, codes are non-refundable unless defective or where required by law, and are subject to the issuer's terms.
Intellectual property
The Point Deal Shop name, logo, site design and original content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties regarding the site. Manufacturer warranties on products are not affected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute that can't be settled informally will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
